PT. Sabang Merauke Air Charter (PT SMAC) is now abandoned, Holiday Allowance 2012, Salaries July 2012 and August 2012 will not be received by the employees.
For Holiday Allowance is not accepted, the employee has reported the case was the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia on 14 August 2012 was represented by Mr. Koni Nusetyo Ekantono as opration Support Manager of PT SMAC.
However, until this writing is posted, we still have not received a THR employees and unpaid salaries.
Mr. Johannes Rudolf Merukh as President Commissioner of PT SMAC in this as ignoring the problems that arise in the company (PT SMAC), we know from a letter of complaints conveyed to the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Indonesia on August 14, 2012 (Attached).
